Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@maisonkaru.fr. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Authentic Maison KARU pieces are exclusively available through maisonkaru.fr. Each piece from La Spirale is individually numbered. We do not sell through third-party retailers or marketplaces.

All Maison KARU orders are processed and shipped from France. Pre-order items ship by the estimated date indicated on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times:
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays. Maison KARU is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
